CHINA SOURCING / MODULAR BUILDINGS

Supplier comparison with a clear scopeAries Building Systems

A modular building price becomes useful when the specification, exclusions and delivery responsibility can be read beside it. Our China sourcing service coordinates the information needed to compare offers and keeps unresolved assumptions visible for the buyer.

Supplier comparison with a clear scope procurement planning scene

Procurement tasks you can commission

Supplier matching

Screen candidate suppliers against use, destination, drawings and order scale. Request identity records and relevant project evidence. A catalogue photograph does not establish engineering capability; supplier references and claimed certifications require project-specific checks.

Quotation comparison

Normalize module dimensions, steel grade, wall build-up, MEP scope and trade terms. Separate product price from freight, lifting, foundations and permits. Record validity dates and exclusions before choosing whether a lower initial figure represents an equivalent scope.

Sample coordination

Arrange panel samples, finish references or a supplier prototype review where appropriate. Agree the sample identification and acceptance criteria first. A small sample can inform finish selection but cannot establish whole-building fire resistance or structural performance.

Inspection and export coordination

Coordinate third-party inspection checkpoints, consolidation and shipment documents according to the agreed purchase scope. Inspection access, hold points, corrective actions and release authority must be accepted in writing; coordination does not replace the supplier quality obligations.

Questions before issuing an RFQ

Can one certificate cover every destination?

No. Request the issuer, scope, expiry and relevant test report from each shortlisted supplier. ISO 9001 concerns management systems; building design, fire strategy and local permits require their own evidence and professional review.

Who signs off the loads?

The responsible engineer establishes wind load, snow load, seismic design category and foundation interface for the destination. We coordinate the document request and the supplier response, while approval stays with the appointed professionals.

Turn assumptions into comparable entries

An incomplete offer

A total price, nominal footprint and delivery estimate leave panel thickness, lifting gear, installation labour and cable terminations unresolved. Buyers cannot evaluate omissions by comparing the headline number alone.

A reviewable offer

A revision-controlled schedule records included materials, outstanding approvals, packing dimensions and named responsibilities. The buyer can then price exclusions separately, clarify interfaces and decide which items must be resolved before placing an order.

Send a supplier comparison brief

Describe the project and the coordination tasks required. The final supplier remains responsible for manufacture; qualified parties remain responsible for design and project compliance. We do not offer an automatic approval or a universal delivery lead time.

Send drawings or document references in your brief; attachment exchange can be arranged after contact. Read our Privacy Policy before submitting.
