Terms of ServiceAries Building Systems

Service scope

This website introduces independent sourcing and procurement coordination relating to Modular & Portable Buildings. Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase contract or appoint us as your engineer, installer, freight carrier or customs adviser. A written scope must identify the requested work, fees, responsible parties and acceptance conditions before services are commissioned.

Supplier responsibility

Product manufacture and the accuracy of supplier declarations remain with the selected supplier. Certificates, drawings and inspection reports require verification against the actual entity, product and project. Procurement coordination does not certify structural safety, fire performance, accessibility or compliance with destination regulations. Appointed professionals and local authorities determine their applicable requirements.

Offers and changes

Website illustrations and selection notes are explanatory. They do not represent a firm quotation, stock availability or an agreed delivery date. Supplier prices may vary with materials, drawings, currency, freight and order quantities. Changes after approval should be recorded with their cost and schedule effects before the relevant work proceeds.

Information and decisions

Buyers should provide an accurate use description, site location, dimensions and known project constraints. Inform the coordinator when a supplied drawing or requirement changes. Review quotation exclusions and documents before committing funds. Any inspection scope has limits; sampling and visible-condition reviews may not establish the condition of every concealed component.

Website use and enquiries

Use this site for lawful business enquiries and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential third-party material without permission. Contact us through the enquiry form to question a statement, request clarification or report a problem. Specific contractual terms, dispute arrangements and liability provisions must be agreed in the service contract; this page does not replace that agreement.

Any proposed service arrangement should identify the buyer representative permitted to approve scope changes and document releases. Confirm the responsible contracting entity, communication channel and agreed approval process before treating a sourcing discussion as an instruction to proceed with paid work.
